Zentalis Pharmaceuticals

The Zentalis office space was a one and a half floor interior buildout we performed in late 2021. This particular office design consisted of cutting the slab deck and installing a grand staircase to connect the floors and also included the renovation of dual exterior terraces, which we had to open and install passageways to the building façade to access.

The project was an interesting mix of standard specifications we are normally used to, but also a fair mix of special design elements which made the final result look professional and unique for Zentalis’ future use.
